The Launch of the CSSC Eastern Region

Today sees the launch of the CSSC Eastern region in what has been the culmination of months of hard work, enthusiasm for the project and commitment.  The Project working group agreed a project plan and terms of reference in mid-June 2014,  since then the team have worked tirelessly to implement the project.. The project team set themselves a clear objective :-

To deliver the CSSC aim in the Eastern Region, emulate the success of the CSSC London model and translate it to a wider less populated rural area.

With the go live date as of today, the Senior Management Board is in place and the Management Hub is formed.  We are delighted to announce that we have delivered and will continue to deliver this objective and in doing so we are adhering to the overall aim of the CSSC as registered with the Charity Commissioners: –

To promote for the public benefit, in partnership with the police, law enforcement agencies and other relevant bodies and organisations, the protection of people and property from, and the prevention of, criminal acts in particular but not exclusively by the provision of a national communication vehicle between the public and private sectors, providing information on all relevant security matter.
