CSSC North East & Yorkshire joins Social Media!
North East & Yorkshire now have Twitter & LinkedIn accounts, this enables us to educate, connect and assist in spreading the word for the free service we provide for our region.
CSSC in the Yorkshire & North East region is a two-way communications vehicle. It facilitates the information flow of important messages from our key public services to local businesses within the region and enables such businesses to offer feedback to help shape the advice and guidance produced by public bodies in the future.
In the event of a major incident, such as severe weather conditions or a terrorist attack, which could have a large impact on the region; The CSSC partnership with the emergency services and other authorities ensures that we can deliver authoritative accurate information quickly and efficiently enabling business operators to make the necessary decisions and share the information with their teams.
